Directly, she is a good professor. She teaches content at a good level for a heavy course, and her marking is very fair. Some content may not be explained in full depth due to her different area of study, but she also has quite a thick accent, which may be more difficult to understand her lectures. Advice: Attend office hours and read the textbook.
Note, this is not the same university, she now teaches at Kings university college in London. She is probably the worst professor I've ever had. She is so hard to understand, her accent makes it incredibly difficult for me to understand and process information. Her lectures felt meaningless because I had to go home and study the lectures myself.
Professor Natalia is one of the best Econ profs that I have had at TMU! She explains all concepts clearly and effectively and demonstrates all graphical concepts in a very straight forward manner. If you have any questions she is always willing to help through email or office hours. Highly recommend this prof!
She is a very caring professor and teaches the course material very well. You do have to put in the work by doing the readings and practicing the questions that she assigns, but otherwise, she marks very fairly on the term paper and the midterm and final were fair. Just make sure to do your part, and you will get the mark that you deserve.
Professor Natalia is amazing. She really cares about her students and makes sure to take the time to respond to any questions students may have. Although the content of this course was pretty tough, she made sure to provide clear examples in her modules and assignments. These really helped with the final exam as well.
This course was a bit boring being taken in Chang but it wasn't hard. There was a lot of work involved though. Not a tough marker at all, she's actually very fair. Definitely recommend!
Natalia is amazing! I would highly recommend her for an economics course. The 25/25/50 breakdown is scary, but she is extremely fair in grading. I would recommend reading the textbook and doing the practice questions. You don't need to go to class but go for the participation quizzes. Her lectures don't add much value (in my opinion).
This was one of my first economics classes and the professor made the content easy to understand. She truly is a great professor. Not gonna lie, the graphs and mathematical calculations scared me at first. But I did really well on the midterm and mostly studied from the textbook. So, you definitely need to read to the textbook to pass this class.
she was nice ! had a portion for questions and posted recorded lectures, but this course in my opinion is difficult so u rly need to study hard and know the concepts really well to do good; its easy to get confused in lectures but the textbook helps a bit lol assignments were an easy A if you put in the time to complete it, tests were kinda hard
