Just like everyone else says, it feels as though she cares about her students and genuinely wants them to succeed. I look forward to her classes the most. Information is easy to understand and most of the stuff on the slides is on the exams. No tricks or random questions you've never seen before. Wish her the best.
Really nice prof- I've had her twice. Exam straightforward, but worth 50% of your total grade. As long as you study the material youll be ok, no curveball. Assignment was a group project, but individually graded so all good! She'll set you up for sucess.
This was my first time having her, and she was an amazing professor. Her course was very fair and easy if you studied. As well as her marking is really fair and she cares about the students she teaches. Overall a great professor and I look forward to having her in Food hygiene.
Melissa is my GOAT. Love her so much; wish her nothing but the best. She genuinely cares for her students and grades extremely fairly. If you have her, you're set in life. I wish she taught every one of my classes. She saved my GPA.
Good prof. However, graded on a few things only. Exam was worth 45% of total garde which I dont like. I wish there were more assignments or something tbh so it didn't depend on the exam sm. Field Trip asgn super straightforward. Mid term online, not hard. Final- in person was okayish, read the slides and know the details well.
best prof! she is sweet + always answers emails quickly and is NOT a tough grader.
Even though there is a lot of content to go through she keeps the lectures interesting and answers any questions about the content. There are weekly labs, an open-book online midterm exam and a final in-person exam.
In-person lectures. The course consisted of an Online Midterm exam, field trip assignment, and a final exam. She basically reads off the slides, and most of the questions were from the slides and some general concept questions.
I took ENH 333 - Food Hygiene (wasn't an option on this list). This prof is so easy and very nice. She literally had the easiest syllabus I've ever seen in life. Everything was easy and straightforward. Just come to the lectures, take some supplemental notes, go over the slides, get your assignments in on time, and you're good for a guaranteed A.
