Mark Feigenbaum

He reworked this course a while back so that only the important stuff is taught. The material is very concise and easy to understand. He gives very detailed feedback. This is the most important class in terms of getting prepared for future law classes. P.S. If you try, this class is an easy A or A+.

midterm and quizzes were easy and are meant to set you up for success in this class. final was brutal but im almost positive he curved the grades. his lectures are short (1-2 hours max) but you still need to read the textbook to do well in the class but overall very easy and great prof. Great guy, wants all of his students to do very well

His lectures are straightforward. He tells you exactly what you need to know and goes through a lot of cases to prepare the students for the exam. You can do well in this course by taking notes during his lectures and practice.

Professor Feigenbaum is great. He teaches very well and makes sure you understand everything. But his TA's are the ones who grade the papers and they grade tough. I would follow the instructions very carefully for all the assignments but still the TA would find something small to reduce your grade very much.

One of the greatest and nicest profs at tmu. Lectures end early as he goes straight to the point and only covers the information we need to know. Quizzes and midterm were very reasonable. The only remotely difficult part about the course is the amount of reading you have to do since tax is a very comprehensive field. You MUST take him if offered.

I love this prof he's so nice and genuinely wants his students to do well. Midterm was extremely easy and was exactly how he described it would be during lectures. Final exam was a bit more challenging but overall easy course! This prof def made it better.

Such a kind and caring professor, truly wants his students to do their best. Will explain a concept in multiple different ways if needed. Midterm exam was very easy. He does not make the final exam, so keep in mind that the format is different. Can be a challenging course, but it's extremely easy with this prof.

Great professor, cares a lot about his students, and tries his absolute best to give everyone the information required to get an A+. His midterm exam was 7 questions and was very simple provided that you went to his lectures or read the textbook. Final was a bit more challenging but still very manageable (20 questions but short). Highly recommend!

LAW122 had only 2 assignments. A 45% midterm and a 55% final, which left little room for error. However, Professor Feigenbaum explained all the concepts with such detail and was open to as many questions as well. His lectures are pretty engaging (read case study before hand and analyze it), which helped understand the concepts even further
