Dr. Rania is an exceptionally knowledgeable and effective lecturer. She makes it easy to be successful in her class, which requires active participation throughout the semester. She only has office hours once per week, but is incredibly helpful and patient.
Dr Rania is a very smart experienced and knowledgable professor. She wants everyone to succeed with their goals and is the perfect person to teach you how to get there. Creates warmth, celebrates diversity, and provides a safe environment for each student. Highly recommend.
She is a very patient and nice professor. She makes the classes engaging and ensures that everyone understands everything. A chunk of the overall average comes from participation during class time. She provides enough opportunities that even if you miss a few, you're still safe to get the full bit of your average.
I took ARB 300. Lovely professor. Small class size allowed me to become close to people. I enjoyed the course! But as a native Arab speaker who's a beginner in MSA, after reading week the class became difficult for me. It doesn't make sense to have half the course simple and half complicated. ARB 300 structure should be improved, but good prof
Very nice teacher, but expects active participation during the full zoom class, and will call you out if you are caught lacking. She is very nice and understanding, and her grading is fair.
My favourite class so far. Prof is amazing and she was able to deliver the content easily. I would recommend this class to those who have taken 301 because they have a lot of connections.
Professor Ibrahim is engaging and clear during her lectures. Although you definitely have to put in the practice at least two hours a week, it's easy to review what was taught in class. As for the textbook, definitely not necessary for ARB101. I wasted $200 when most of our work was shared to us by the prof. Textbook is for advancing in Arabic.
very disorganized but lectures are fun and engaging
Rania really wants everyone to get A+. very easy course. not too many reading and assignments
great professor, go to every class and make sure you do all of your homework and assignments. Her practice exams are usually the same as her midterm and finals .
