Julian Hasford

all around good guy,, intellectual

So well known for his dad jokes and being so admired by the students. Julian is by fair my favorite professor since i was a freshman at TMU (or Ryerson at the time)

the best profession you will ever be taught by. kind, funny, accommodating and very passionate about cyc, his students, and anti-black racism. he's actively working on integration these ideals into the program. 10/10 makes you feel like a student and not a student number.

His is an anazing prof and cares about your success. He is very understanding and wants everyone to succeed. He is punctual and if you ever need clarification he responds to his emails fast. Would 100% take again. Readings and note taking is important because a good chunk of the exam and quizzes are based off of the slides.

Great prof, and was good at explaining concepts to the class. He was also very accommodating, not only providing a hybrid option but also extending projects and quizzes.

Very kind and approachable teacher! I especially like how he is accommodating to his students, whether that be providing a hybrid option to come to class, extending the deadlines on our quizzes and papers. Just make sure you read/attend the lectures and ask questions if/when you're confused.

Dr. Hasford is very kind and funny. His class was always fun, even though i don't think it was necessary for him to take up the whole 3 hours lecturing. His marking was fair, and exams were straightforward. Overall an amazing prof., def. recommend taking him.

Dr. Hansford is fun professor who lights up the classroom with a joke every lecture. His content is interesting but his lectures are very long and the slides are words heavy. Wrote about 5 papers in this class and they always came with great feedback. Exam was well explained and very interactive through a class jeopardy.

Amazing professor, truly cares about his students and is available during office hours to provide additional support. Definitely recommend taking a course with him.

Incredibly kind and professional. Very knowledgable on subject and explains content throughly. Very fair when it comes to quizzes. Attendance is needed to do well in this class and taking notes during the lectures on everything mentioned is a must. Would take again!
