Respects and cares a lot about his students. Engaging lectures. He changed the outline for CRI700 where he started doing bi-weekly tests instead of having a midterm and a final. I really prefer this method as much as it's hectic and tiring. But I'd rather focus on a few chapters and get tested on them than memorizing 12 chapters and write a final

Louis is a great professor! definitely one of the good cookies out there. He genuinely cares for his students' future and is willing to have coffee-chats one-on-one for advice or if you're having a tough time with something. Overall, engaging lectures and a genuine person!

Definitely a hit or miss kinda course, but I really enjoyed this course and learned a lot. 4 exams but he gives away a lot of the questions.

The material itself is interesting, but the way the course is run is extremely confusing and the teaching feels long.

Honestly one of my favourite profs that I've had. HR can be very dense but his lectures are so engaging, I attended every class and learnt a lot! He's also very responsive and genuinely wants his students to succeed

Louis is amazing. He gives lots of good insight into the department of HR and is very helpful for anyone looking to get a job in the area. His lectures are very engaging and he is very good at explaining important facts that will be present on exams. He is very caring and offers to help during office hours or whenever a student has the time.

HR won't go down as one of my favorite courses in this program, but Louis is definitely up there. Even though the textbook was pretty boring, he brought a lot of real world stories and was super engaging for a 8 am start.

Louis is honestly pretty great, I just was not a huge fan of this course. His exams were pretty tough - specifically the multiple choice. But you can tell he genuinely wants his students to do well. Would have him again! Just not an advocate for CRI 710 Lol.

Amazing professor with engaging lectures. Make sure to pay attention in class because that is where all the magic happens. Make sure that education does not get in the way of learning as you enter the rabbit hole of entertainment innovation.
