Great prof. Fair grader. Will take classes with him again
Good prof, extremely knowledgeable. His lab assignments provide minimal instructions, but a TA is present to help you with any questions. Was extremely lenient regarding assignments handed in late. Just go to class and ask questions regarding material not understood. In my opinion, easy B+
He is by far the most confused professor I have ever taken a class with. He does not post anything so you have to be in class and rush to copy notes down which he goes by very fastly. He makes the course harder than its suppose to be especially since its a liberal for most people. AVOID HIM AT ALL costs and drop the course if you have no choice..
Try to avoid this prof he is the hardest prof at Ryerson university. However all his tests are tiredly marked and he does not give any extra marks. BEWARE from him and he makes the courses harder than other it should be.
he lectures way to fast for anybody to get the stuff on his slides and he gives the worst exam "review" of any prof i've ever had. i wish i never even took this class
This prof is a new prof. So he takes geography quite seriously, even though everyone in this course is usually taking it as a liberal and wants an easy A. You WONT get an easy A in this course. If you take it with an easier prof you will. If you go over your notes before tests youll get over a 70 for sure. The assignment is easy, watch format.
If you can, take it with another prof. Im not sayin this course is hard, but for it being a "bird course", the prof just goes fast, doesn't post slides, the tests are in class (other than the other profs who are online). The course itself is very easy though. If you'r okay with a 70-75% take this course, i studied the day of for tests, and did okay
Dr. Adams goes EXTREMELY fast in lectures. He doesn't post slides online, just study slides and you will do well on tests. Do practicequizzes that he posts. His tests are quite fair, pretty easy. Theres 4 tests. The last test has 3 short answers which is material from the entire course +mp. I mean the other class is easier, but you'll get a 70.
I was told GEO110 was a bird course for my liberal, boy was I wrong. Avoid professor Adams, he lectures waaaayy too fast and doesn't post his slides online (otherwise no one would show up i guess). Regardless the other GEO110 class with another prof made their tests online where professor Adams said our section wouldn't.
He's really nice but he lecture SO fast and doesn't post his slides so you basically get one chance at the material and if you don't write fast enough you're screwed. The material is interesting but definitely make sure you pay attention and go to the lab periods because the class is very lab heavy
