Very nice person. Easy tests and easy assignment. Boring boring lectures.
Dr. Manshouri really knows his material; I learned so much in this course! Lectures were online & asynchronous, which made the whole semester much easier to manage. No textbook or additional readings, lots of interesting videos, and lots of connections to Canadian policy.
goated prof went to like 3 of his classes both midterm and final were online and essay was marked so easy
Very nice and cheerful and explains topics and definitions well. Passionate but can ramble a bit though
He makes global water issues interesting to learn about. Very easy and interesting elective consisting of just a midterm, essay, and exam.
A great professor who makes his classes enjoyable and easy to learn.
A very nice guy, but incompetent professor. He had no actual outline for course, the lectures and topics were all over the place. This was a joke of a course for an upper-liberal arts class. No joke 5 classes in he asked the class if they knew about "sustainability" as oblivious that the whole class is in EUS, and the course has prereqs. Do better.
Simple lectures that taught a simple course. Dr. Manshouri's mindset during lectures definitely helped keep each class entertaining. The workload was very manageable with 2 online exams and a term paper. I would absolutely take his courses again in future years.
A genuinely caring and passionate professor, he always wears a smile and has a knack for making even the most mundane topics interesting. Grading is based on just 3 things: the online midterm, the exam (also online and multiple choice), and a fair assessment of the term paper. Go to lecture, follow instructions carefully, and you'll get an easy A
