Philip Hunter

Phil was an awesome professor. He always refers back to his real life examples in the industry, which will help you grasp and apply concepts easily. He doesnt test you on anything you havent learned in class and the exams are straight forward. It was a pleasure being in his class, I am definitely happy I took MHR505 with him. Highly recommend him

He was a great prof!! Definitely made it easier to come in to class at 8am. His lectures were relevant and he will never test on something we didn't cover in class. He's super straight forward and tries to bring real world examples and experiences into class which makes it way more interesting. Loved it.

Philip was great. He provide great insight on the material and was ready to help. He had great real life experiences and examples that he shared in class. Very glad to say the first 8 am I didn't sleep in. I would definitely take him again.

Awesome Prof!

Philip has great character, genuinely cares about his students and goes the extra mile to help us understand concepts with his background and experiences. He is one of those profs that will let you know exactly what to expect so there are no surprises! He's also very nice and approachable! I would definitely take another class with him.

Great prof - really knows his stuff, and funny too!

He explains the concepts clearly and provides powerpoint to help better understand what the textbook is saying. Overall for his first time teaching at Ryerson, he did a very good job and truly cares for the students

He was engaging and has an incredible wealth of industry experience that gives him a LOT of credibility. He relates class concepts to real-world, first-hand experiences that make the concepts easier to grasp and retain better. BEST PROF EVER!
