Koerber is the man! If you ask for help, he will clarify what you need to know. He does teach a little fast, but tries to keep the classes short. Duncan has a unique sense of humor that I have noticed after attending every lecture. By the way, there are labs in the first week which is different than other courses.
Not very helpful prof. If you can read the text and follow instructions, you'll do well. Just don't expect that he'll help you.
Duncan is a a nice prof and helps the class understand the theory by relating it to what's currently happening in the real-world. He tries to make it interesting with YouTube videos and knows his stuff. At first i was iffy about the course but its not difficult at all. I recommend taking it. As a fourth year student this is a good course to take
The course is designed in a way where its the GA does the marking(have a good one). The prof goes over lectures based on assignments, and his in class midterm and exam views are helpful. All lecture notes are posted online. He is a fair marker for tests. Lab attendance is mandatory.
It's time he has a Ryerson page! All around great guy - easy marker. However, you will need to attend classes and purchase the textbook. (There are participation marks!) He does not believe in powerpoints. The deciding factor that will test your knowledge regarding the theory from the textbook is through written reports and the final test
