This prof messed up early in the semester by making a test way too easy while he was traveling and got bitter about the class average. He rigged the online final (60 questions, 30 minutes, 5 boxes possible per question) and kids that used AI got As and everyone else failed. Effort wasted in his class AVOID AT ALL COSTS
He was doing good at first but for the final test or test 2 he gave 60 questions with only 30 minutes mainly because most of the students in the class got a high average. Everyone got a high score on test 1 and he thought everyone was cheating so he decided to put 30 minutes for 60 question test.
Midterm was horrendous. The final was easy. Make sure to get a good group for the group project component. The case studies were mark boosters. Overall, very good prof!
Just do the work, take it serious, and you will be more than fine. Case studies can be long but worth the read because questions can be very specific.
Midterm was tough but final was a lot better. Lectures are very engaging and overall an amazing professor since he makes an effort to teach and tell stories.
Amazing professor but he can go off topic during lectures which in a way helps because he connects it to the lecture material. Overall, solid prof with great advice and gives lots of opportunities to do well.
Amazing prof. Very qualified. Stories support course content. Treats students as peers. Encourages critical thinking and problem-solving. Hope to see him teach more courses.
He is amazing had him two years in a row, he makes all of his classes very enjoyable, dives into personal stories and wants you to succeed. No textbook or final exam just tests and a group project. Take him if you can you are guaranteed to do well if you put the work in . The best prof at tmu
Where do I honestly start? In my 2 years of University, Vik made this class so interesting and likeable, he is the only professor to make a class as interesting as it may sound. His Tests are straight to the point, just read his slides and read the cases and you will get an A in this class trust me. No final exam :) He really is the Goat.
I love Vik! His lectures are usually cut short, and he tends to stray off on his personal stories or experiences, but they're interesting, and he's enthusiastic. !!Before the midterm and final, come to class, and he will literally give you a list of concepts/terms that will be on the exam 95% of the exam will be in that summary
