Ndeye Ba

Dr. Ba is probably the best prof I ever had. She takes the time to teach effectively and genuinely makes sure everyone is following. She's very personable, easy to talk to, and caring. But she also holds students accountable for their mistakes, she'll really help you improve your French on all levels.

Mme Ba is a caring and kind professor who wants students to enjoy French. She speaks slowly and clearly in class, easy to follow. I wish all my French classes were taught by her! Truly an inspiration.

Mme. Ba is such a kind and caring professor. Her tests and assignments are fairly easy if you follow the rubric and make notes from her in class presentations. I love how she says that she only corrects your pronunciation and won't correct your accent. Truly my favourite French prof at Ryerson!

Nice prof, cares for her students but definitely need more time for her quizzes/test. Make sure to attend classes for participation marks and talk in the breakout rooms with other students.

She was so open to the variety of opinions offered in the class. I enjoyed this class thoroughly and now after reading other reviews I wish I had her as a French teacher.

Great prof. Wish she taught all the French classes at Ryerson. She was very helpful, she really cares about her students. The class was good, I just didn't like the group projects. Other than that its a good class :)

NOT a fan of her teaching approach. very blunt and fast, will not take time to explain things to you in depth. also slow with feedback

Great language professor!!! Adjusts to the pace of the class without falling behind schedule.

Professor Ba is really caring and wants her students to do well. In all honesty, you can do well in this course without reading the novels and just knowing what the plots are about. Study the weekly modules and you will do great! She also likes students who participate and communicate with her, showing that they care about the course.

I love this class. Mme Ba is firm but fair and very understanding. Merci Madame!
