Susan Ross

Susan is lovely. This is the first class I've ever taken that the guest lecturers were actually really helpful. I learned a lot in this class. The only problem is that she's not 100% clear about grading criteria. I feel like if I had known what she wanted before I did the assignment I would have done a lot better in this class.

Susan is fantastic, super knowledgable and super understanding! Her classes are easy to understand but very important for future career skills. There were 3 quizzes (super easy), an individual paper, and a group report + presentation. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Susan is by far my favourite professor in RTA. She is a grad herself and has great work experience in the marketing field, and shares really cool stories about it. Since her slides feature work from previous jobs she cant post them, so she posts class summaries which are the best for studying purposes. I recommend her classes 10/10
