she was okay but she's a tough grader and doesnt reply to emails i took her online course and she accuses almost everyone of AI in the discussion posts without no evidence so just dumb your answers down / beware of that
By far the hardest professor I've ever had, and I've taken plenty of law classes. She gave me absolutely no chance to succeed—unreasonably tough, unsupportive, and rough in every way. If you value fairness or respect, steer clear.
Very boring and uncharismatic professor; also she's such a tough grader, you will feel this after you get to review your midterm during her office hours. Additionally, she's a radical feminist and a hardcore leftist. She constantly trolls and criticizes Doug Ford and Pierre Poilievere, and also calls men "repeating mistakes" over and over again.
graded on two things,1) a 45% midterm and 2) a 55% final exam, open book. still would not recommend. hard marker, lectures are ok but very long.
I had professor Heckbert for law122 when lectures were still in person and she was great which is why I didnt hesitate to take her for law724. While I still think she is a great prof, I did not enjoy her online course at all. I would recommend only if you can take in person. Her lectures are long online and she is a fairly tough marker.
Great prof. Never found class boring. I would recommend her.
The class structure is awful. Three assignments, one mid-term and a final. Assignments are super confusing, super time consuming and just really hard in general. Her lectures lack structure and it is hard to grasp the point. One of the worsts courses throughout my university experience.
