Mary Green

Mary is a really fun prof and really cares about her students. She is very approachable and is willing to help if you're confused about anything. Her lectures can get a bit boring but you can tell she loves what she is teaching and knows her stuff. As long as you do the assignments you'll get a good mark. Would 100% take a course from her again.

The best teacher ever, she blesses grades and is so sweet. She's passionate about what she does and it made me want to learn. She's also very accommodating!!

I will never take her class again. The way she teaches does not help anyone learn when she talks and talks about random stuff with no powerpoint on, just talking about her vacations or her dog or how she hates the government. Doesn't respond to important questions. I learned absolutely nothing in this class. It was nonsense, boring, & infuriating.

She's all over the place in class and doesn't really make a point. I had to teach myself at home. Never taking her class again

Very unorganized and creates confusing exams. Tends to push her agenda on politics instead of lecturing on exams. Attendance is mandatory and is worth 15% final grade, an absurd value.

Professor Green is the worst prof I have ever had. She is completely unprofessional and disorderly. Her class, SSH205, is so poorly scheduled compared to the other profs who offer the same class. You will learn nothing in this class except her political views. She marks incredibly hard for a subject in which we learn nothing from her. Useless prof.

Very liberal stance on everything. Bashes any standpoint other than hers and contradicts herself by being very narrow sighted when it comes to personal views. Frustrating class to sit through for anyone that doesn't hold the same views as her.

Unorganized. Unprepared. She gets on tangents too often! Thought Mythology would be fun... she took the fun out of it. Exams are about random stuff, most not learnt in class. She posts everything online, but her notes are unclear. NOT AN EASY A!! Because she is all over the place, you have to take initiative and learn mythology on your own. Boring.

I knew nothing about Mythology which made me very confused during the first couple lectures. Nonetheless, as much as I got frustrated at times throughout the semester it did get better. Study lecture notes and you should be more than fine. Be aware that some questions on the mc are very specific so memorizing the notes is key.
