She's young but very professional and only wants nothing but the best for her students! You have to go to class to earn your full participation grades. She likes to be called Professor, Doctor or even Frederica. Do not call her Mrs. or Ms. Her aspiration for social policy really influenced me to take my education further in social policy! the best!

Amazing lecture, if it was not for her lecture style I would not get up for an 8:00am class. Her lectures are very inspirational. She is very open minded, and respect different views. And she is super helpful, gave me many advises on assignments. I love how she can use simple language to explain complicated theories, love the in class discussions.

You can tell that she really cares about her students and its obvious that she puts a lot of work into her lectures - they are always interactive and entertaining . She wants you to do well and will work with you to make that happen. She is very accessible when help is needed after class. If you attend all lectures there is no way you wont do well

AMAZING PROFESSOR. She is very approachable, knowledgeable and is there to help you very much. She is very passionate about social policy and does a great job in making you understand the weekly topics by using modern and relevant topics.

Frederica is not only beautiful and gorgeous, but she is a great lecturer and an awesome professor to learn from. I suggest you take any class with her. Her lectures are very interactive, entertaining and fun. She adds a lot of relevant and personal context to the lecture. She loves J Cole and Drake too;)

She has such a great sense of humour and overall ability to engage the class. The lectures can sometimes run long but she does her best to read the room and speed things up if she is losing people. I would probably take any class that she is teaching based on her personality alone. I haven't missed an 8am lecture because she's really THAT good!

She's my favourite professor at Ryerson! The POG316 lecture is 3hrs and every minute of it is interesting and engaging, she explains concepts so well and in a way that is easily understood. She has an awesome sense of humour and really makes class comfortable and enjoyable. Slides are clear & understandable. Would def take a class with her again!
