She is knowledgeable, and tries to get the students engaged. There are some in class assignments and pop quizzes, providing opportunities to gain marks. Recommended!

Don't take this professor. She's extremely boring and coming to class is a drag. The only reason I came was because of the pop quizzes. She explains everything very poorly and just reads off the slides and repeats herself. Stumbles a lot and doesn't seem confident in what she's teaching. She has an attitude as well, and makes you get coffee if late

Her accent makes it difficult to understand what she is saying during the lectures. The lectures were quite slow in pace and some of the points were repetitive which made the lectures even boring. Make sure to read the textbook and try to attend classes as she gives surprise quizzes.

She was an incredible prof. She was enthusiastic about the course, was very knowledgeable, and gave extra marks for participation. Also, she taught the material well and worked through examples with the students in class. Would definitely recommend her!

It's a really good thing the slides are posted online because Prof Firouzi's lectures are the most agonizing thing I have ever endured. Highly recommend just teaching yourself this course. She teaches at an incredibly slow pace and frequently takes massive pauses for no apparent reason. Get ready to feel like you're in kindergarten again.
