Very detailed and clear whenever he explained the materials. Lab practices are very useful for on-the-field experience. Same goes for the group project.
Andriy is one of the best professors I've had at TMU. He's incredibly caring and always accessible for any questions you might have. The course is fairly easy with him, and if you're aiming for a decent grade, I definitely recommend taking his class. Just make sure to work on your assignments, as the tests often include questions based on them.
Compared to other cs courses he is very fair and easygoing. This class requires minimal effort and is a gpa booster. But if you want useful info in depth for your future this might not be the best choice for you
Was very accommodating, super sweet and was clear in expectations. Labs and assignments were easy. Covering slides was enough for me to do well on midterm + final. The only downside is that the lectures can get dry sometimes but he is very open to feedback.
He's a good professor. He is knowledgeable and actually cares about his students.
Course was not very hard, just barely any concepts to remember. All practical stuff, if you didn't do the assignments yourself on the side as well you wouldn't pass. Both tests had a theory and a practical part. Like all his tests for other courses, the theory isn't always exactly from the slides but is most of the time common sense stuff.
He's a very understanding person. So if you put in the work as he tells you to and attends his lectures, you'll overall do well. Make sure to contribute to the group assignments and know how to do them on your own. A lot of students don't contribute and because of that it ends up hurting them during the midterms and exams.
Complete waistage of time, he is bougas, learnt nothing in his class. He can't even speak English
Easy course, some topics felt lacking.
Dr. Miranskyy teaches well, doesn't read off slides. Marks very easy. The group project is a good experience, but make sure to choose your group wisely.
