This is a really easy liberal arts course if that's what you're looking for. There are just 6 quizzes, 6 short passages about the topic every two weeks, and a final essay. Attendance isn't mandatory, and if you just read the slides, you'll pass. The final essay topic isn't difficult either.
It wasn't enough information about the essay, it was worth 40%
Amazing professor. Engaging and interesting. Makes complex concepts easily understanding at an introductory level. Labs are easy and useful. Super kind and NO EXAMS. Great guy, would definitely take again!
Only one term paper of 1500 words, every week you would be assigned a self study assignment which takes maximum an hour to do or a quiz on the 2 previous lectures. His lectures are fun but somewhat mandatory. Just make sure you review the slides and do the self study assignments (easy 100') and you are good to go!
an amazing prof overall. the course itself is easy as its basically a bunch of random facts. the course involves 6 self reflection which are free marks, 6 quizzes which can be slightly tedious and an essay. hes a very nice and funny person who is great at presenting. would take again
Lectures are long and dense for your own reading. Wouldn't say he is a tough grader, but does not respond to questions too well so you have to figure most stuff out yourself.
Never went to class, quiz questions were noted with a smiley(answers basically given), online makes this even easier. Quizzes were short and simple. Only major grade is a 40% essay but its easy to ace if you use more than one class topic to explain your point. Got an A on the essay for a career 70% essay writer.
Mr. Coppack is one of the best professor I have ever had. While he is super kind and understanding, his ability to teach a course that is quite complex is amazing. He teaches at a pace that is easy to understand and uses plenty of examples and visuals that make it a lot easier to comprehend. On top of that, his evaluations are easy if you prepare.
Phillip is an amazing prof. He is super enthusiastic about the topics he covers, and actually talks to the class instead of reading off of a slide. He interacts with students, and makes it easy to enjoy the course. He actually cares about the students, and his sarcasm and humor really made me enjoy this course a lot.
He's a great prof and is very knowledgable and passionate about what he teaches. Coppack is very clear what he expects from you and has strict grading criteria. All lectures had very detailed slides that were great for test prep. It is very easy to fall behind on the content if you don't stay up to date.
