Grades super fast, the course was well organized but you have to participate. He also grades fairly. I would probably take another course with him.
I would never take this class knowing the prof is Peter. A very rude and timewasting prof. His email communication is very lacking and unprofessional. If a student falls sick and has documentation he will still be rude about it. His Midterms have questions that you don't learn in class. Whatever you do don't choose him as your prof.
I had an emergency situation and for that reason, I could not do 2 of my assignments. Each assignment was 3 per cent of your grade and I got a C- by 6 per cent. I provided documentation on the reasons I missed the assignments but the prof was very rude and didn't help at all. He failed me the whole course and made me take it again. Don't take him!
His class is based off the textbook. Recommend not reading weekly slides, just stick to textbook, same content but the textbook prepares you for the midterm/exam. Not much clarification regarding what to study for on midterm. Will give a second chance if you do poorly on an assignment. Responds to emails fast. Would take again.
What an awesome guy. Had a great time in his class. Lectures were informative and packed with interesting and relevant stories. Only bad thing was the group project. I really did hate life when I had to meet with them. Not his fault.. but wow. If you get him, consider yourself very lucky.
The prof was really good and very caring, however the course itself is very group oriented and a bit difficult to understand
What a lovely prof, honestly! Very sweet and understanding. I accidentally woke up late for a midterm and he allowed me to take the midterm an hour after the exam began, and not follow the 'doors close after the first half hour' rule. It's going to be a course you need to study for, but it's not too difficult; be attentive in class.
Peter is a great professor. His real life experience in project management is tremendous! The course material is a bit dry. However, Peter gives easy assignments and he takes the best 5 of 7. Get a good group for the projects and you will do fine. The tests are tricky, but manageable. Study hard and you'll be fine.
Lectures were a little boring, just because of the dry material. Some of the exercises you have to do (top 5 of the 7 are you grade) are a little tricky because he doesn't explain them a lot in lecture, but will help you. If you have a good group, than it should be easy for you to get an A in all of the assignments. Overall, very good PR class.
Peter is very nice, but the lectures are very boring and dry. Found the tests difficult as he didn't go through the math problems completely. He loves teaching, but the class is boring. Get a good group for the project and do the problems and you should be fine.
