His lectures tend to get boring, especially when he starts to talk about his many past experiences. The textbook is small but crucial to know because most of - if not all the exam topics are from there. The arbitration and bargaining simulations were pretty fun though but that would be the only reason I recommend his class.

Get ready to be put to sleep in this class. While Jim is a nice guy, he is not meant for teaching such a dry course. His monotone voice and tendency to speak to the whiteboard (as opposed to the class) make it very difficult to learn. He's quick to respond to email and pretty flexible when it comes to assignments.
