Thankyou Guy. You really did boost my confidence in Tax and now that I am pursuing a career in tax just makes me thankyou more. Its ture , other profs just wait for their paychecks and go home. they teach nada.

One of the very best out there in Ryerson when it comes to TAX. the full time tax profs are good for nothing and do no good to students. Guy should teach there Full time instead. Go to the class and make sure you do the assigned problems.

Guy is extremely knowledgeable about Canadian personal tax rules. He's pretty approachable if you have questions and he's timely with his emails. His slides are extremely useful and it's strongly recommended that you show up to every class. He takes up questions in class which helps a lot because tax courses require you to practice the questions.

bruh this guy is goood he is the man, guy man no lie the slides are the best dont need the textbook do the excel problems and youre good to go god bless you guy man! dont change

Class examples are nothing like what shows up on the exam.

Great professor! This is a TAX course... people are upset that they ant doing well because they don't put in the time. Guy is extremely helpful and makes lectures easy to understand. I am going into the final with a high 70's, because I do the practise questions. Guy made the midterm very doable, and people who failed clearly didn't try

He cares about his students, but his teaching style is ineffective. In order to pass this course, you need a more constructive lecturer that clearly knows what they're teaching. Professor Man jumps from one point to another and leaves students confused. You need to be prepared for this class to do well! Tough course, so choose your prof wisely.

The midterm was very reasonable and doable but his marking key is extremely narrow and specific. I came out of the midterm expecting at least a 70 but ended up barely passing. You either get it or you don't. Extremely irritated by this course and overly discouragedstressed trying to study for the final!

Mans midterm seemed easy, but Man expected way too much detail. He didn't specifically say he wanted that much detail. Marking scheme also very very detailed for. The Guy bell curved the midterm though and made an easy quiz. So this Guy's alright, Man. Pce out

I did fine in the midterm, and came prepared to class. I like tax but i find it hard to be engaged during his lessons. I think an important distinction to make is that there is a big difference between marking and teaching. The mixed reviews on this page show some important areas the professor could use to better his instruction.
