He's honestly a really good professor, the class can get pretty boring but other than that he's fair and will give you extra time if you talk to him. He likes to crack up some jokes here and there which is always appreciated. No issues, I kinda love him just be prepared to write a lot on midterm/exam, and take notes from lectures!!

Dr De Sousa is a great prof to have in first year. Ask him about Spain! He loved to show us his travel photos and how it related to city history. He's very accommodating, easy to reach and probably the funniest prof I've had so far. The readings were very interesting although not required for exams and the assignments were very fun and creative

He's one of my favourite profs so far, he's accommodating once you talk to him and overall, he has a great personality. Even when he rambles about a certain topic it's always so interesting. He made us well-prepared for our exams and mid-term and overall didn't throw in any surprises. I hope I get him as my professor in the future for PLG 200.

He has funny, interesting lectures with an amazing personality. Always makes jokes about being bald and his vendetta against his elementary school teacher. It was rad to be taught a first year course by associate director. Had to write 2 essays, but they were clearly outlined, tests were easy if you listened. You can catch him in Portugal.
