Judy Finlay

Not very nice or pleasant

Judy is every definition of the word professor and social worker. She has a wealth of information. Such an exemplary person-loved her class while learning about the world view. She does not impose her values but teaches you to explore yours! Such an amazing experience. She was very helpful with offering resources in other classes. Extraordinaire!

One of the best Professors at Ryerson and such a passionate, humble, and caring human being. She lives for promoting the wellbeing of others, especially marginalized populations. I took her advocacy class for the first time in winter 2018 and decided to volunteer to help out with an incredible event. One of the best decisions of my life.

No powerpoints, assignments are very confusing and is not very engaging in her lectures.

Thinks and talks a lot about herself

Judy is a really good teacher to have, I'm glad she taught me. I learned a lot from her and I like how to approaches topics. She is quite passionate about her job in the field. I would take her courses again.

Easy course, all group work. Judy is very passionate about her work. Easy marker but doesn't reply to emails.
