very caring n sweet!!! lecs r extremely long n boring. daria tends to go off track in terms of explanations (will go on about topics that sometimes have nothing to do w the actual content). gives decent breaks; two 15 min breaks, but will take up the ENTIRE 3 hours. group work sucks but she is a very easy marker so you'll b good!

Daria Romaniuk has very long lectures, often taking up the full 3 hours when it could totally be more concise. Compared to other prof teaching this course, Daria gave less direction of what to focus on. However her tests were not too bad, focus on weekly obj (especially the bolded ones). Readings are not mandatory to do well, slides are sufficient.

Daria is great! She is a fairly easy marker and her slides covered everything you need to know for the quizzes/exam. I never did readings for this class because of that, just follow the weekly objectives and skim over whatever is not on it. There is a group project, 2 quizzes (mc/short answer), and final exam- all were marked fairly

She really cares about her students and has the skill and knowledge (has a doctorate) to actually help you. As my professor, she was very kind to me, and strict with me when needed. Demands a lot from you only because she knows you can do it. Take notes about what she says and participate if you can, she asks questions that are informative. Listen.

Dr. Daria is a nice person, clearly passionate about nursing and cares about students. Class was very boring and drawn out though, and she is a bit intimidating when it comes to asking questions directly. Her marking was quite reasonable, and the slides had enough information so I dont think the long readings were needed.

Her lectures are extremely boring and she takes up the whole 3 hours when she only really needs 2 hours at most. However, she is extremely kind and understaning so she isnt a tough grader. The quizzez arent crazy hard either. This is overall just a boring class in my opinion.

Had both PPN101 and 102 with this prof. Takes 3 hours of lectures literally. Very minimal break. Slides are enough but they will pull things on exams/quizzes from readings so skim and take notes. Tons of group work and projects. Did not always feel the most welcome in this class unless you were known to the prof.

Daria was sweet but the class was pretty boring. Graded on only two quizzes, a group project and the final exam. It wasn't very content heavy but m.c were very similar (or have multiple answers that are technically correct) & having the choose the "most correct" was difficult. She was very kind and answered questions well though

Daria is a sweet and caring prof! Although her lectures are a bit boring, her nursing stories were somewhat interesting to hear. There are a lot of readings but I have not read a single chapter. Just focus on weekly objectives, you will find that most of it is in the slides and lectures.

course was relatively easy but found the lectures boring and the theatre chairs didn't help with not falling asleep during lectures. If I had the willingness to do readings my mark would have been better but too many readings. Few assessments, are heavily weighted but can definitely pass by just focusing on slides and studying learning objectives.
