Ken Wong

I don't often post reviews, but I had to for Dr. Wong! One of TMU's top professors by far! He is one of the most helpful, knowledgable, and empathetic professors I have met at TMU. He genuinely cares and wants his students to succeed. He even gives students constant words of encouragement, and motivation. Sooo grateful to have had a class with him!

Can I give 100 stars? The best prof at TMU!!!! Grades fairly, helps out, responds to emails quickly, and is overall just an amazing person! Also, his course (which he wrote himself btw!) on Omnichannel retailing is so beneficial and informative!!

One of the best professors I have ever had! He is so kind and shows that he is there for students. Exam material is very easy if you read through the modules and an easy 10% with discussion posts.

It's fair to say he wants you to do well and is clearly passionate about the field. If you study well it should be generally straightforward. Answers all questions in a timely manner.

Other than term test III that's heavy on retail math, other tests/final are easy if you read Levy's book. Highly recommended!

dr. Ken knows his stuff and is an expert in omnichannel retailing. Topics are interesting and relevant. Learned a lot in his online class. Team project can be challenging but hey which team project is not challenging these days..
