Difficult to understand at times but cared about his students if you put effort in and attended class on a regular basis
Good lectures and slides. Rushes through examples often but is one of the best in the math department. Go to class as he gives hints for the midterms. Do the homework and you will get a deserving mark
He's a decent prof that knows the material quite well. The only thing I did not like about the course was the programming that was involved. However the codes were provided by the TA during the labs. Both tests were open booked and quite fair but the 2 assignments were pretty long and took a long time to do. No final exam for this course, yay!
Great prof. His lectures are usually half the material, and the other half of him taking up relevant questions. Very informative but detailed oriented for sure. If he's your course coordinator, expect midterms and finals to be a little more detailed than usual. However they are still fair.
Don't bother going to class, just make sure you are able to do all homework questions and past exam questions.
He is a very understanding and helpful person. He does really good examples in class, which actually end up helping you on tests.
Very good prof, I had him for calc 1 and I loved his teaching. You may find it a bit difficult to concentrate in the mornings due to his accent (plus he speaks really slowly not fast). However, the best thing about this prof is that he always pinpoints where students mess up the most. Attend his lectures and you will not get tricked in the exams.
Amazing prof! Had him for MTH140 and MTH240 (Calc 1 and Calc 2), his lecture slides are clear with good example problems. He leaves time at the end to go through more textbook examples! He is available in his office hours if you need help! Ended up with really high marks by going to his lectures!
