OVERALL, John is a great professor. He pushes you to reach you to think about smaller things and how they eventually have an impact on the bigger things. He cares more about architecture than the nitty gritty technical aspects of things. He changed my entire architectural though process in the best way possible.
This person kept on sharing his own views instead of listening to others. I feel like his thoughts mean more to him than students' creativity.
. Instead of welcoming diverse perspectives, he seemed to favor only those ideas that aligned with his own beliefs. This created an unwelcoming environment
He often used sarcasm and mockery to put students down, creating a sense of fear among the class. Such behavior not only damaged students' self-confidence but also inhibited the open exchange of ideas essential for a healthy learning environment.
Public Humiliation of Students: One of the most distressing aspects of Cirka's behavior was his tendency to publicly humiliate students who posed questions or challenged his ideas during lectures.
His discouraging and rude demeanor overshadowed any knowledge or expertise he may possess, ultimately hindering my academic growth and leaving me disillusioned
His discouraging and rude behavior undermined the educational experience and had a detrimental impact on my motivation to learn. It is my hope that Professor Cirka reflects on his approach to teaching and considers the profound influence he has on his students' lives.
I found Professor Cirka's lack of empathy and encouragement deeply concerning. Instead of providing guidance and support, seeking clarification or assistance often resulted in snide remarks or outright dismissal. This discouraging approach hindered my ability to learn and left me questioning my own capabilities.
Professor Cirka's rudeness was truly off-putting. He frequently interrupted students, disregarding their opinions and treating their questions with condescension. Instead of nurturing a space for open discussion and exploration, he appeared more interested in asserting his authority and shutting down any dissenting viewpoints
Throughout the semester, Professor Cirka consistently exhibited a discouraging attitude towards his students. Rather than fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment, he seemed determined to undermine our confidence and discourage our intellectual growth.
