Dr. Pralat is laidback, sociable, and a fantastic professor. He assumes from us enough mathematical maturity to be forgiving but fair in marking the assignments. The course was very fun and engaging!
Pawal has explains the material well, and has a sense of humour as well. I enjoyed taking his class, it was interesting and well taught.
Amazing professor! He cares a lot about his students success and although the course wasn't easy, he designed it in such a way that everyone would do well. Would definitely recommend
Incredible prof, provides comprehensive one on one help if needed. Easy going and smart, you wont be disappointed! But you better know your stuff!
One of TMU's finest faculty members. Very engaging lecturer who draws lots of diagrams to convey the big picture of complex concepts, before exercising great skill in leading you through rigorous arguments. Assignment questions are well chosen and highly illustrative. Ask lots of questions because it makes him happy. Highly recommended.
Dr. Pralat is extremely knowledgeable and he does a good job of teaching the content so it is easier to understand through many examples. He also makes the lectures interesting which is not an easy task. The assignments varied in complexity with some being quite challenging. If you put in an effort, the marking was extremely fair. Recommended!
Pawel is a good prof. His lectures are great and worth attending. He explains concepts very well and has a humorous approach but can also be very monotone at times. When it comes to marking, the TA's are extremely tough but it seems like Pawel is a lot more fair if you have any concerns. The exams were slightly difficult but overall fair.
He was one of my favourite professors at TMU. Explains everything crystal clearly and is always open for extra help.
One of the best Professors. The concepts of the course are not easy. However, everything is well explained in the textbook and Prof. Pralat also provides coding examples. He is very responsive to emails and addresses all of the questions. The assignments give hands-on experience with some graph libraries, which is practical.
Enjoyed his class and inspired me to use graph models in my milestone project :)
