Danielle Lamb

The prof is amazing, she makes content very easy to understand, assignments are easy, and brings in professionals to speak almost every lecture. All around a great prof, although the course itself isn't giving HR capstone, I still enjoyed it. Exams are long-answer, so study everything because you wont know what theory/concept she will ask about.

Prof is fine. Lectures aren't good nor are they necessary. Just do the short readings and you'll be fine. TA marks insanely hard for no good reason. Exams are pretty okay? Goodluck!

Review - Professor Lamb is an amazing professor! Her lectures were easy to follow, and the midterm and final exam were easy if you studied and used her study guide. She also provides great feedback on assignments. As this was my last course for my undergrad, it was an honour to be in her class. Overall, I highly recommend and would take her again!

The prof is not bad and the class is not super hard there are just a lot of readings involved. But the TA marks most of the assignments and midterm which he marks very hard so beware

Very good prof, lectures were high in participation and quite conversational compared to most classes. If you go to lectures and pay attention you will do well. The content isn't difficult at all, mostly a review of previous HR classes, so unless you haven't been paying attention at all to your previous classes you should be fine.

Overall Great Proffessor. Lecture are super detailed. Make sure to attend class as exams are contingent on lectures as well course materials. Fair grader, if you want a good mark you need to put in the work. Danielle is very kind and caring and easy to get a long with!

I took her during covid but I'm writing my review now to procrasinate studying lol. but this class inspired me to specialize in HR, she's a pretty good lecturer. Just do the work and it's quite a bit to memorize but other than that, it's a goos course and I had fun.

I loved Prof Lamb's class. A kind and gentle person, kept each class engaging. The midterm was based on content that was covered in class (and I would recommend reviewing slides). Always gave keys and advice on how to succeed in the course. Thoroughly and fully explains concepts and is open to questions. I would highly recommend Danielle Lamb.
