Isam Abbas

Abbas was one of the best profs I've ever had. His lectures are very informative and get straight to the point, and his problem solving in class is really helpful. His notes are legible and shows all of his work while he explains them. However he can be mean to the students at times when they get the wrong answer in class.

Dr. Abbas is a prof with solid lectures and is extremely helpful if you approach him outside of class, so make the most of that. Sometimes, he would try to rush through lectures, which made it difficult to grasp some content. However, he mostly made up for it by working through problems in class, which was useful especially considering it's physics

Professor Abbas is not the best lecturer. His time management can be poor and he is easily frustrated and dismissive if he doesn't understand a question. However, he is very helpful outside of class and obviously cares a great deal. His notes are relatively clear, keep up with the recommended questions and see him after class, you'll do fine.

dr abbas thinks everything is easy, and he does not want to completely teach it and he skips alot of steps. very bad prof

Clickers are used so attendance in mandatory. Furthermore, he is quite contradictory in class; he tells us to stop him if we have questions, yet when one student does just that, he roasts us for "not paying attention to what I am saying". Outside of class he is fine however, he'll answer questions quite well and in detail.

Dr Abbas hates to answer questions during and after lecture. This means you wont undrestand anything from the lecture

I loved physics in Highschool and it was my best subject.... until Dr. Abbas became my prof. I failed and he made me hate physics.

I had physics 211 with him and he was kinda good in the beginning, but he talks a lot and I mean a lot which means you get confused. he uses confusing methods and acts as if it is grade 1 math. he won't give you extension on any labs, web assign and won't let you take picture of his notes.

Abbas is a beauty. Very helpful prof
