i got decent grade at end... so i am only satisfied because of that. But the class was taught by 2 profs, and it was okay.

he didn't really teach anything. guest speakers and movies are all you got from his lectures. the new textbook is garbage, don't know if he picked this book.

Mike could be a good FIN prof. In fact he is so good in Fiance & economics. Too bad he teaches ethics and becomes a complete disaster.
