Don't get me wrong, he is a nice guy and marks generously on the group project. However his slides are frustratingly unclear. They explain simple concepts with vague and unnecessarily long descriptions that make simple content confusing.
funniest professor ever 10/10
He is a really good prof. I have taken 2 of his classes, he is very nice and reachable, even though sometimes I can't really hear what he is saying. He will be very understanding if you have any troubles regarding the assignments and exams. Assignments are marked generously, and exams are fair. Make sure to choose your teammates from the start.
Very chill professor. Course content is easy, but slides are text-heavy. Group project is graded generously. Course updates and announcements on D2L can be inconsistent (sometime none). Midterm was done in computers in-person, multiple-choice and felt luck-based. With many students struggling and not doing well on that. But, Final Exam was fair.
Chill professor, pretty lenient with things, but lectures were dull.
not really anything i just feel like putting this here
chill guy and understanding, light class
Nice guy and an easy course, two open book multiple choice online exams and 3 group projects which leads to you to make an app or game. Pretty much after like the 5th lecture no one attended so that tells you a lot on how interesting the lectures were.
He's a great guy but he makes you leave the course thinking you could have learned so much more with a bit more organization. The assignments and labs were marked remarkably easy and the midterm was a lot easier than that of the previous professor. If all you want is a good grade, study all the slides a couple of days before the midterm, that's it.
I dont understand why the reviews are pretty low lol, this guys a certified beauty. He posted a mock midterm, and everything in there came up kinda on his midterm for cps714. I dont know how his other courses are, but this course is really balanced with fair group projects, midterms based on notes, and overall interactive lectures.
