2 exams mt and final and 2 homework assignemnts. Really hard course, but the prof is legit even tho its the toughest course in econ. He makes it clear you must attend lectures tutorials and ask questions. Im happy with my mark and graduated now. Thanks prof!

Can tell he cares a lot about what he studies and his students. Albeit, his lectures were not organized very well in my opinion and tutorial and lecture notes are almost incomprehensible without explanation, so go to class. Teaching style was very difficult for me. Final and MT were direct examples of lec and HW.

this was easily the hardest class ive taken in the last 3 years but professor Galaabaatar and his ta Raymond made me enjoy it a lot. Be prepares to learn a lot and read a lot and practice alot! Go to his office hours and ask a lot of questions.

Highly reccomend reading the textbook before class, as concepts can get confusing at times. Professor is willing to help anyone when asked and lectures are easy to digest (open in powerpoint)

Good teacher, however more harder then the others. If you can take German id say go for it cause both midterm and final are closed book and midterm was culminative. Quizzes are not bad and he explains things well.

The lectures can be a bit dry, but the professor posts detailed slides and practice questions online that really help with exam prep. Unstuck ai was a game-changer for me - much more efficient than relying on ChatGPT alone. Overall, a manageable course if you stay on top of the material.

Really caring, will always let you make up for missed homework and takes time to explain concepts to you. He gives practice tests that are exactly like the midterm and final which are great for review, he also curves the class grade up

I was a bit nervous seeing the other reviews for this particular course, but I found him to be a great professor. He provided lots of practice material with solutions, and his practice assessments were very similar to the midterm and final. It is not an easy course, but he does everything he can to prepare you well, and is very fair and responsive.
