William Onuwa

I'm mixed about this prof. He is not a very compelling lecturer and you have no understanding about how he grades you. Despite the classes being boring at the beginning, each class ends with a case analysis, and trust me - This is worth sticking around for. Take loads of notes bc one of the cases reviewed ends up being the entire exam.

Not a consistent marker with no rubric on how he grades. Class participation was low. His examples were great but found him to be intimidating at times.

Great Professor. It is a lot of work. Teaches real life company models in today's world. Must attend every class to understand what he is asking for on projects, tests, midterm and final exam. He is very consistent on marking and meeting student expectations. He love to see students succeed and gives good feedback. He is very honest.

Great guy

He is a straight forward man, if you study the material (slides and text) you will do well. He was clear at setting expectations and outlining the questions on the exam. He would tell you points to remember and provided help if you asked. He is extremely knowledgable and brings his real time experience to the classroom. He encourages debate.

He's a good prof in general, knows his material but he's a little boring and when it comes to communication he sucks. It takes him ages to reply to e-mails. His midterm & final are straight forward MC questions from class notes and the textbook. As for the group project & mini assignments he's a fair marker, not hard but not totally easy.

Dynamic and helpful! Onuwa is a one of the best profs at Ry and an awesome leader in general!
