The material is quite abstract, so definitely attend lectures and/or tutorial. Also, study for the tests... they're pretty hard to pass without studying!
I actually did not like this professor. The class was easy, he was clear and approachable, but I really found I did not learn anything. He didn't bring anything special to the table and I left the class bored and unsatisfied time after time. ACS 200 is a crappy class and he does little to make it enjoyable.
An okay professor, often got sidetracked. Explains material well but seems unapproachable. Exam was easy as long as you practice everything and really know your stuff!
Great Professor. Tries to answer people's questions but sometimes he likes to let the lessons answer them. Really easy going guy who cracks jokes every now and then. He teaches mainly with slides but the way he elaborates on them nicely. Easy quizzes - three in total. Last one's more comprehensive. Study for it. One short essay & A VERY EASY FINAL!
Good professor. Although I had no interest in Philosophy and had to take the class, he made it easy to understand and used good examples during lecture.
Great Professor with a love for his subject. He uses personal examples to explain course concepts which makes him relatable/endearing. Major cutie and simply the best at Ryerson.
He seems like a nice guy but I find some of the examples he puts up are not relevant to the course material and can lead students astray. As well, his tests are not entirely clear due to the wording he uses. He uses words that are quite ambiguous and if you use the a different interpretation than the one he intends you lose.
Rondel is my favourite professor at Ryerson by far. Although I have no real interest in ACS or philosophy, he makes the lecture extremely engaging and interesting. Midterm and exams are very straight forward, and he is willing to help you with whatever you need. ONLY critique: ACS 200 is co-taught, & this semester it's by Mima Petrovic, kinda sucks
AMAZING FUNNY AND GOOD LOOKING prof! One of my all time favourite ryerson profs. If you ant to take critical thinkg do it with HIM!! He's the best,!
Amazing professor. Very clear and easy to understand/identify with. Super nice guy who will chat with you about course material if you need it. Very animated lecturer as well. He uses his hands and walks around a lot and has a voice that keeps you awake/interested. Not hard on the eyes either. :)
