He is the worst professor ever. I was doing the final exam and the lockdown browser just closed by itself. When I asked him to open the test again he was so rude and told me he can just start it one more time and he gave me a third of the normal time. I saw all of his lectures(3 hours per session)lectures for his exams but couldn't get a good grade
Doctor Amitay is truly an amazing instructor and really knows and loves what he is teaching! He makes a 3 hour lecture go by fast and is super interesting! Tells you everything he is expecting on the exam and does not deceive you, also tells you what areas to focus on readings. Gives you several options to chose from for the paper and is very fair!
He's a great prof tbh but was ridiculously RUDE when I emailed him, he just ASSUMED I didn't go to class when I simply asked him a question about the midterm.
