Elizabeth Carlson

If you think this course if easy and will bring your mark up...it's not. Especially with her. You have to know the textbook inside out, lectures are useless and the sound of her voice is like nails on a chalkboard. Marks so hard :s brought my mark down not up lol

she's a nice lady but this class is BEYOND boring. I did not find it interesting at all. I only took it because poeple said it was easy but I'd rather take a course thats a bit harder but actually interesting. I dont recommend this class at all.

All I have to say is that staying awake in Carlson's lectures is an accomplishment in itself. She is a really easy marker and most of the material you need to know is off the slides. She offers a lot of easy marks if you come to class, but missing a lecture here and there won't hurt you.

easiest liberal ever...has tonnes of group work to do every class...fair marker ..but lecture are very boringgg

Really boring lectures. Attended only a few lectures, and fell asleep during them. Alot more work than i expected, but REALLY easy marker, and flexible. Got a A- at the end

Easy Liberal! Print off slides; read and understand; no point in buying textbook. Mini-Assignments are a drag but at end these 1% add up to help/hurt mark. Detailed outline for all tests and final of what's exactly going to be on it. Not an effective lecturer though.

CARLSON DOESNT TEACH.. SURE THE CLASS ISNT HARD BUT SHE IS COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED AND MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. GOES OFF TANGENT ON UNRELATED TOPICS.. ABSOLUTELY BORING LECTURES, WOULD AVOID TAKING HER CLASS IN THE FUTURE..

Easy course. She's very nice but sometimes shes confusing. Lol.

Her lectures maybe boring but if you pay attention you may get yourself some free marks for the tests. She gave out the outline for the final so that was good. Read the examples in the texts they will be on the test. Take this course for easy liberal

Easiest prof..went to class only 3 times in whole semester and ended up with B-... When you are taking the course, you might think you are not doing well but she is an easy marker and gives you full opportunity to boost up your marks anytime.
