His personality course went beyond the course material. The grade distribution is only over 2 tests and one assignment which i found convenient for my schedule but the assignment is long so start early! Overall hes a great professor would 100% take again

Attendance isn't mandatory, but show up to class and you'll do great. Textbook also isn't super required, and TBH not that good. Class was enjoyable and Prof Goodwill is clearly passionate about his work. I am a CS student and did well on the exams and my essay. Highly recommend.

As a sports media student whos getting a minor in psy & might be the most laziest student ever I can't stress enough how amazing this man is.1st class youll see how soft spoken he is which sucks bec its lecture heavy so u might fall asleep. Midterm n exam are straight from slides all mc all straightforward. Changed how I viewed life hes so amazing

Before he is a professor, Dr. Goodwill is a kind and compassionate human being, something that is way too often forgotten in academic spaces! The care and level of understanding he shows his students make his classroom feel truly supportive. Although it may sound unusual to say this about a course, his class was genuinely life-changing for me.

Dr. Goodwill was one of the best profs I have had in my entire undergrad! He only tested on the material in the slides, so you don't need to go to lectures but I recommend going anyways. He is such a nice and caring prof who genuinely cares about his students. The midterm and final were only mc and he was not strict at all with marking the paper.

Lectures were so interesting and engaging, Don't buy the textbook it's not necessary at all stick to his lecture slides and in class notes. It is a final exam and midterm but easy if you study you'll do good simple. No tricks and he is a great person! I've been applying things we've learnt in class to my personal life and so thankful to learned

Honestly the best prof at TMU his lectures were so engaging and interesting i actually enjoyed going to uni for once! It is mainly exam, mid and final but they were so fair all multiple choice and if you actually showed up to class you'd do so well!

I wish this course wasn't so lecture and test heavy, besides that it would be an interesting course. Theres 1 midterm, 1 assignment and 1 final exam.

I thought this class was going to be easy going and interesting, as he had a lot of positive reviews but I was mistaken. His lecture slides are EXTREMELY long, as someone with undiagnosed ADHD and who has anxiety his lecture slides are unbareable. His final exam was worth 40%, with 90 m/c. He's a nice prof, but I expected more out of this course

I highly recommend Professor Goodwill. He was extremely kind and made the entire semester go smoothly. He provides great feedback, highly detailed, and really provides you with points of improvement as a writer overall. Cannot fully express how great of a Professor he is!
