Very rude and has no remorse for students. On a power trip. Watch out if you have her and ever need something.

Dr. LeGrow is one of the kindest, understanding and thorough professors I've ever met. As long as you show up to class, communicate with her and do your best, you will get through the course with no issues. She is also very accessible if you need help. I enjoyed this professor very much. She is a respectable course lead

She's very desensitized. Her superiority complex empedes her ability to display empathy and compassion to students. It's actually quite disheartening how awful most 4th year professors are.

Literally the worst lead for nse411. Never listens to students and constantly act like they do so much for us when they're just trying to fail us so much. Started the year with "just cuz ur in fourth year doesn't mean ur done, we have and will fail you"

Overall a good professor. Her lectures are a bit boring and monotone but not too bad. She's understanding to extenuating circumstances but also doesn't take any BS. Make sure to participate in discussions both online and in-seminar. She sometimes gives unclear criteria/expectations but answers emails/questions accordingly.

I feel confident providing this review after graduating and reflecting on my experience. Working with Karen was the absolute worst masters experience I had. I felt that she specifically exploited her students in the name of her own personal teaching philosophy. I don’t believe she had any investment in student success and she was plain old mean.

She's kind and caring! Definitely recommended!

The course material is interesting but the class was boring. She speaks too softly and has a monotone voice. It was hard not to fall asleep and she's pretty strict. She's a fair marker but her teaching style is lacking and not engaging, reading off the ppt. Not my favourite prof but not the worst prof ever...
