Worse professor I have taken at TMU. She never answers the question or even checks her email. The way she marks the assignment are horrible; she even deducts mark for extra work done. I don't understand the point of her being in this course if she never answers questions or teaches anything. She answers everything like 1-2 weeks after.
Great prof and empathetic as well. Would definitely take courses with her again.
Simply a great teacher. I have learned alot from Prof Sonia Lal
Modules/lectures are very information heavy and half of tests consist of stupidly worded short answer questions that she doesn't seem to like to give marks for. Otherwise, it was an online course so there wasn't much involvement from the prof.
Prof doesnt understand materials covered, probably has a score card to grade test with answers without knowing the content of lectures. When you email, she just cuts and pastes parts from syllabus to ans ur questions. Complete lack of effort to teach was appalling, no point in trying to reasons with her, dont waste time, your going to get no where
I absolute adored this professor. She was extremely respectful, easily accessible, fair in regards to her grading and marking scheme, and it's extremely evident from the start that she wants her students to succeed. Although this wasn't my best grade, this professor was amazing and I hope I get the chance to take another course with her.
The professor is helpful and able to accommodate to student needs. Fair, unbiased marker and open-book exams make the course easy going. I recommended taking this online course over the class one.
Course was well laid out. There were a lot of interactive activities that helped to apply the material. At first she was very quick to reply but that slowed down towards the end. Feedback on assignments also dwindled closer to the end but marking was fair.
