One of the best profs at Ryerson. Only i found that assignments are not real world experienced based. Final exam was ok( 50MCQ and Hand on questions). He do not take off any late submission for the assignments. His power points notes are helpful and I would recommended to take this course with him
One of the best teacher for Programming courses! He is very friendly and always welling to help. He taught me for 3 year starting 2006 and once of the best teacher I ever had.
Love this prof! He's super cool, really funny and engaging even when the content can get dry (mostly around VB). Overall, the course is exciting and we delved at all topics that are helpful in understanding overall web application.
Ilia is one of the better IT profs at Ryerson, he knows the content and can be a lenient marker. But the course: didn't feel like there was enough time to get to know the various things being taught, and he moves at a quick pace through the slides. Exam was on the hard side, but this was the last year ITM605 was offered before bring discontinued.
Enthusiastic, clear, and helpful. Easy marker of assignments - and allows you to fix or improve your work before final submission AFTER he gives feedback. However, the exam was unnecessarily tough as it was not based on the focus of the course.
Likable professor, understanding about assignment due dates, enthusiastic about material despite it being very boring.Feedback for him: more time doing labs than listening to lecture. Nobody is listening and want to ask you questions about their assignment(s). Overall...he is one of the better professor you will meet during a undergraduate degree.
Good guy, enthusiastic about the material, knowledgable prof.
