Cynthia is an amazing prof. She is knowledgable in her field and brought in many speakers over the course who gave great presentations. Marking was fair and her assignments and exam were straightforward.

Cynthia is an amazing professor the best I have had so far in the REM Dept and in TRSM. She is caring and really helps students if you go to office hours. She also is passionate about the course and invites guest speakers in the industry to speak for us to learn from. Will take again!

Cynthia is an amazing professor and possibly the best in TRSM. She really cares for student success and will go to the fullest extent possible to provide an inspirational lecture. Lots of guest speakers in this course so we got to learn about the industry. Would definitely take again!

She's a solid teacher. Knowledge about the course content, grading is fair and is relatively understanding of students. She's also accessible outside of class which, for some reason, is rare for most TRSM profs. Just make sure you read the course material before quizzes.

Super passionate about the subject which makes her lectures interesting to attend, even though not mandatory as you can read the slides she posts and succeed on the midterm. Clear expectations and responds to emails.

Great prof and department head. Midterm and final were graded fairly. A warning on the group project that it is assigned and due within 2 weeks and is marked a bit on the harder side in my opinion. Overall great prof.

This course is assigned for 4th year student in real estate program. There are few assignments include group project and multiple choice test for both midterm and final. Don't underestimate those mid and final because they are multiple Qs. They were not easy to answer without really comprehend the materials in the book.

Amazing professor, very approachable and helpful. She definitely understands the real estate world inside and out, would recommend her to anyone!

Her class is informative but she hardly ever responds to emails, you practically have to beg.. and she is also intimidating. Course is easy, but don't expect her to bump u up even if you're life was depending on it. Overall would I take another course with her? no.
