While Mandana was a sweet person, I hated having her as a professor. Often called out students when they asked questions in class making them feel stupid. Was very hard to communicate with/ask questions in class, especially related to assignments. When classmates would ask for clarification re: assignments, the answer was often "refer to the text"
She always bring high energy to class and you can tell she really cares about her students understanding concepts and doing well on their assignments and the overall course. There are times when assignment expectations were not clear but if you specifically ask her she will address it. She is a fair marker in my opinion.
she is an amazing professor. This is a difficult course but she makes it so easy to understand. She is quite knowledgeable and I can say without any hesitation that she made me to understand what research is all about. You would be lucky to have her.
She is wonderful. Very intelligent and you can tell that she really wants her students to do well. She encourages her students to think critically and be attentive to what happens in their surroundings. She is marvellous. You would be lucky to be in her group. Overall great prof!
She is one of the best faculty advisor one can wish for. She is approachable and quite helpful. This has been a great term for me.
She was hands down the best prof I've ever had in nursing school. She was very supportive and encouraged to critically think over the material she presented. I enjoyed every bit of attending her class. She was so accessible and explained research concepts in such a easy to undersant way. I was so lucky to be in her class and you would be too :)
She is amazing. Students are respected and encouraged to share views, and ask questions. She creates a conducive learning environment. It was one of the courses that I pushed me to think.
very stressful experience to be in her class.
She is not only knowledgeable in the area of community and public health but truly a caring and passionate human being. She inspires her students and encourages critical exploration of social issues. She is a great role model and hope to be like her.
