Amazing professor. Amazing content. Josephine is so inspirational and down to earth. She really works hard to make sure your voice is heard and appreciated. Her course changed my life, I am sad she won't be teaching in the Masters program anymore and will forever be impacted by the inspiration and hope she left in me as a human being.

Josephine is an awesome professor but more than that she's an amazing human being! She's one of those inspirational teachers who go above and beyond to help her students succeed! I honestly valued community nursing a lot more and more respect for people and where they come from after taking her class. It's a pleasure to be taught by Dr. Wong

Josephine is very inspirational, encourages students to become aware of social issues and how to be politically active for social justice! She certainly made me interested in community nursing. I now apply my nursing based knowledge, skills and experiences to engage with and contribute to improving the health and wellness of my community.

Josephine is a wonderful, positive and witty professor. You can tell she has a passion in teaching and community nursing. She is very knowledgeable in course content and knows how to keep class interesting. She treats students with respect and is very encouraging.

Wong is the BEST PROFESSOR I've ever had. Period. She's extremely passionate & intelligent, and she cares not only about her students, but also about the future impact that they will make ON CLIENTS. She brought the material to the real world, and was ALWAYS there if you had questions/needed help. She definitely made me think more critically.

Josephine genuinely cares about the course topic & for her students doing well. Although I cannot say I was entirely thrilled at studying community health for 2 terms. I thought she marked easy (individual & group projects). I got an A. You need to do several group projects throughout both terms, so being in a good group is helpful.

Josephine is one of the best Professors. I had her for theory (Community nursing). She really wants her students to do well. Very helpful, supportive, ENERGETIC, and cute. I hated the course, but loved her class. Very approachable and open so do not hesitate to ask her questions or share concerns. A fair marker, yet I still think she is very easy.

She is wonderful. Very intelligent and you can tell that she really wants her students to do well. She expects a lot from students and can be a tough (but fair) marker. She is a very cute women that makes lots of jokes and has a generally positive attitude about everything. She encourages her students to be politically active. Overall great prof!

She was hands down the best prof I've ever had in nursing school. She was very supportive and encouraged to critically think over the material she presented. I enjoyed every bit of attending her class. Sometimes she might get a bit harsh with her comments but that's only to improve your critical thinking skills. U're lucky if you have her :)
