We've never finished our class on time, it always took us 30 minutes more. He sometimes misinterprets the knowledge and it is hard to understand the material from the lectures

Floyd is an interesting professor, if you can build a connection with him, you'll tend to pay attention to him more in class, you'll start to enjoy his lecture and most probably earn a solid grade.

Best Words to describe Sutherland - Caring - Dedicated - Great Sense of Humor - Good Teaching Style - Very Interactive Overall, he's great! 100% recommend taking his course. However, attendance & participation is crucial.

He is a good professor but for QNM i will not recommend him. He explain too much in class that student get confused what to study. His midterms are very tough and if u will miss the class then there will not be online lecture for that class. So many students drops his class because we dont understand how to study his study material he provided.

Can't say much about his teaching style because this was an online course however I didn't like the way the assignments were designed and he is also a tough marker especially for the exam worth 60%

This guy does the bare minimum. Just posts weekly slide shows and does nothing else. Honestly what a waste of an interesting topic. Provided zero feedback throughout the semester. Gives university lecturers a bad name. Avoid if you actually want to be engaged by an educator and not taken advantage of by some leach lecturer living in his basement.

this prof was alright. you basically just read off the modules, no live lectures, neither synchronous or asynchronous; which is a little odd with a course like econ and law. doesn't reply to emails. vague syllabus. wasn't the worst but i'd avoid his classes

Floyd is funny. That's it. Lectures aren't boring and you can learn a lot. Though he is very bad with computer wasting like 20-30 minutes every lecture trying to solve some technical issue(very irritating).

Professor Floyd is a nice person and makes sure his students understands well in class but he does not prepare you for difficult or different kind of sums. His quizzes are easy but midterm and finals are super hard. If you don't study you are bound to fail, not to mention even after studying most of us find it difficult and is a tough grader.
