Pouneh (Penny) Saeedi

I wanna start with, these things applied to me but may or may not applied to you. She subbed in for our professor and for someone with a PhD and living in 21st century, she is awfully outdated on Technology and using it. In class, she's gonna keep crying about how nobody is turning on the mic to talk She doesn't like us typing our doubts.

Do not trust her ,she is expecting a lot for just a general course

She is one of the awful prof that I have .Do not take any class with her.

Her expectations are really unmanageable and she always gives very vague prompts, only to give a bad grade when you did not write what she was expecting. She docks a lot of point even for small mistakes, and does not give very good feedback or tools for you to do better next time.

ENGL3Q95 is not even a course offered at Ryerson so it is sad to see a student trying to ruin Professor Saeedi's reputation by going to the length of becoming the mouthpiece of everyone in the class and posting on a different school's website. It's simply very sad.

Class is fun as we discuss the texts, getting in depth background on their content and their purpose. Exams are easy as long as you attend class. The readings are free and easy to find online, no textbook is necessary. This is only one of two classes I actually enjoy attending.
