WE HAD A 59% AVERAGE ON THE MIDTERM, mind you, the final was much harder. This Professor made some of the easiest interesting material hard for no reason. Participation matters, as there was a participation log. Make sure you don't take her. She also yaps a lot, like she will keep you for the full 3 hours for the most straightforward material

As nice as she is, she is genuinely not a good professor. her unclear grading criteria leads many students to perform poorly. her exams are also worded very poorly, and chooses to add silly and useless quips within the exam question instead of wording it more precisely. it is possible to do well, just study the textbook and do well on the project.

AWFUL. TAKE ANOTHER COURSE INSTEAD. her exams are mentally draining

She sucks. Marks very hard, pretends to be accommodating and fair when she is not and makes the tests unnecessarily difficult and confusing. She also says she is accessible through email but takes weeks to reply

The multiple-choice questions are stupidly worded, unclear, and misleading for no reason other than to trick students. Studying feels pointless because success depends more on interpreting her bad wording than actually knowing the content. She needs to stop pretending her confusing wording is “edgy” or intellectually challenging. It's not.

The exams don't match the lectures, and the cheat sheet/sample test are useless. She's a very tough grader and gives no clear guidance, so you end up memorizing the whole textbook. Would not recommend.

If she says in the first class she is going to try to accomdate to students DO NO LISTEN TO HER. She is stubborn and dosen't teach half the things that are in the midterm or final. She doesn't even hint to what could be on the exam so read the whole textbook and memorize everything. She created the dumbest "cheat sheet" which just has definitions..

I have never written a review about a professor in my 4 years at TMU, but this semester has made it necessary. The sample test and cheat sheet provided by Kelly were preseneted as exam prep tools, yet they offer no practical guidance as previously for the midterm the exam prep was no where near the actual exam. Please avoid her!!
