Professor Brent's class had a heavy workload but was manageable. Weekly participation is mandatory and make sure to be very in-depth in your answers to not lose marks in your final evaluation! Practice well for the math midterm. Would say you get the marks you deserve depending on your work.

Complete tryhard of a professor. Makes a first year intro course as tedious and annoying as possible by making you do 3-5 discussion questions weekly which require evidence from the textbook, modules, and various peer reviewed scholarly articles. Tests 90-150 MC questions. Acts like he's doing you a favor but in reality he's a tryhard. Avoid.

He is a great professor, however his expectations for first year introductory course are absolutely unrealistic. The amount of readings that you're expected to do which are can be 6 articles of 20 pages or more from academic journal per class make it tough to complete with other classes. Tests consists of 90 MC AND 150MC Final, based on articles.

exceptional depth of knowledge of the course material (also his day to day profession), smart and a wealth knowledge. A pleasure to learn from but you need to do the work, invest the time and learn the material. There is no easy mark in this course. Multiple choice test bank needs to be cleaned up it is riddled with errors. no easy A.

Amazing prof. You need to work in his class, those that don't complain about poor grades bc he doesn't hand out easy marks. learned a lot.

VERY knowledgable guy. Classes are truly interesting...attend because you will actually learn a lot and he tends to give a lot of marks for attendance. When it comes to projects, don't do it the way you think you should to get a good mark, do it the way you think an actual business person would do it. USE LOTS OF EXHIBITS. ASK QUESTIONS.

A challenging, but realistic prof. He expects you to try. So if you don't attend, and don't follow at least the simplest instruction you will fail. I enjoyed the way he taught and the expectations he has, it will make those who care, feel like the mark they got was actually earned.

Horrible proff..really two faced..he claims he cares... but he really could care less about how well you will do in his class and he wont have a problem failing you either.
