The fact that I took time to write this review should prove how good Nancy is (I don't usually do this). Such a caring, respectful, sweet prof. She is so receptive and understanding. There wasn't a single moment where I was stressed or scared of failure with this prof. In terms of marking she's super fair.
She was my FA for NSE311. Although she's nice, she can't grade assignments properly. The feedback she gives is nitpicky or nonsense, and she's a bit condescending if you ask her to clarify her feedback (even if it didn't make sense or it was incorrect). She gave me the exact same grade on every single assignment
poor lecturer. reads off the slides
Very nice person, she really has a passion for nursing. I would have liked more application in her lectures though (more examples). The test for this class are all application and she tends to read off the slides with minimal examples.
Nancy is nice prof, sweet but bad lecturer. Since this is a nursing course I would expect faculty to be more knowledgeable. When you come to her class, you will just have the slides read to you within an hour and go home. Exams are very hard and all application, so if only slides are read to you in class, I don't know how we are supposed to pass
She is a wonderful teacher! Very understanding when issues come up with meeting deadlines, but she's no push over. Nancy is very helpful with providing suggestions for learning plan objectives.
She is very nice and sweet Faculty advisor. It's lucky to have her. She respects every one's opinion, and also very understandable. Her marking is not hard, as longs as you do your works, and follow the guideline, you will do fine. Trust me, you will be enjoying to have her.
